Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy for advance Room Booked Cancellation :-
Day 30 prior to arriving - deduction of 10% of the cost.
Day 07 to Day 29 prior to arriving - deduction of 35 % of the cost
Day 02 to Day 06 prior to arriving - deduction of 50% of the cost.
Less than 48 hours or no show - 0% refund i.e. NO REFUND.

Accommodation: Rooms once booked in advance with the final consent of the customer shall not be canceled during the time of weekends and any festive day, So no refund will be initiated for the same.

In case of Long Weekends & Peak Seasons or Festive Days like (15th August, Holi, Dipawali, Christmas & 31st or New Year) hotel stay bookings separate cancellation policy will be applicable (which would be updated as and when required).

Any kind of advance booking amount for the above mentioned services will be treated as non refundable.

In the due course of cancellation of tour/trip or any purchases, customers can cancel their tour/trip and seek their refunds for the same. The refund amount will be processed to the respective account of the customer within 40 working days.

*In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nainital.
